My name is Joanna Osmond.  I started my working life in IT progressing from a support person to a manager of support teams servicing a mission critical banking environment.  I have many years experience in managing all aspects of IT Support teams and creating strong customer relationships.

Based in Samford Valley I now specialise in providing administration support services to small businesses.

An experienced and highly motivated Professional with specific skills in team leadership, recruitment, client focus, project co-ordination, administration and building client relationships.
